If you have the Joy Parenting Club app, navigate to the Account Screen & tap Delete Account. Alternatively you can request we delete you account on your behalf:

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please click on the link below to send us an email. We will process your request promptly.
What Data is Deleted
When you request the deletion of your account, the following types of data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Personal Information: This includes your name, email address, and any other personal details you have provided.
- Account Data: This includes your account credentials and profile information.
No Data Retention
At Joy Parenting Club, we do not retain any of your data once a deletion request has been processed. All your data will be permanently erased from our servers, with no retention period.
